General Terms and Conditions of the Online Store

 

The general terms and conditions of the online store www.naravno.info are composed in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), the recommendations of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Slovenia (GZS), and international codes for e-commerce. The online store www.naravno.info is an information system intended for the presentation and sale of products to the user. It is managed by the company Samson Kamnik d.o.o., hereinafter referred to as the provider. The user is a person who uses our system, i.e., a buyer in the online store. Upon registration in the online store, the visitor obtains a username, which is the same as the address of their email, which they set themselves in their profile, along with a password. The username and password unequivocally identify and link the user to the provided data. After registration, the visitor becomes a user and gains the right to purchase. The general terms and conditions govern the operation of the online store www.naravno.info, the rights of the user, and the business relationship between the provider and the buyer.

Availability of Information
The provider commits to always provide the buyer with the following information: the identity of the company, contact addresses, essential characteristics of the goods or services, availability of products, conditions for the delivery of the product or execution of the service, all prices clearly and unambiguously defined, methods of payment and delivery, time validity of the offer, the deadline within which it is still possible to withdraw from the contract and the conditions for withdrawal, and an explained procedure for complaints, including all information about the contact person or customer service.

Payment Methods
In the online store www.naravno.info, the provider offers the following payment methods:

- payment by pro forma invoice
- payment by cash on delivery
- payment in the company

The provider issues an invoice to the buyer on a durable medium, with itemized costs and instructions on how to withdraw from the purchase and return items, if necessary and possible.
The sales contract (order) is stored in electronic form on the provider's server and is accessible to the buyer at any time in their user profile (My Profile).

Validity of the Offer
The prices listed in the online store are irrevocable and apply only to orders placed via the internet, so there may be price discrepancies between the online store and other stores in Slovenia for some products. Prices apply in the case of payment using the above-mentioned payment methods, under the above-mentioned conditions. All prices include VAT unless explicitly stated otherwise. Despite exceptional efforts to provide the most current and accurate data, it may happen that the price information is incorrect. In this case, or if the price of an item changes during the processing of the order, the provider will allow the buyer to withdraw from the purchase, while also offering a solution that will be mutually satisfactory. If a product is out of stock, the price may change, and the provider will inform the buyer. Images may be symbolic and do not always fully reflect the actual state.

Validity of Promotional Offers
The validity periods of promotions are indicated alongside the promotional offer itself, which may vary.

Purchase Procedure
1. Order Received After placing an order, the buyer receives a notification via email that the order has been received. At this stage, the buyer has the option to cancel the order within one hour. Detailed information about the status and content of the order is always available to the buyer on the provider's website.
2. Order Confirmed If the buyer does not cancel the order, it proceeds to further processing, where the provider reviews the order, checks the availability of the ordered items, and confirms or rejects the order with a reason. The provider may call the buyer on their contact phone number to verify data or ensure the accuracy of delivery. For the delivery of goods that the provider does not have in stock in their own warehouse, the provider is solely dependent on the delivery from the provider's supplier and the time in which the supplier can deliver the goods to the provider. The provider will continuously inform the buyer via email about the current data regarding the delivery of goods. If the delivery time is very long and the buyer does not wish to wait, they can inform the provider, who will remove the item from the order and refund any already paid amounts to the buyer, while the remaining items from the order will be delivered or the entire order will be canceled, based on the buyer's choice. The provider assumes no responsibility for damages that may arise due to longer delivery times or due to non-delivery of goods that the provider does not have in stock in their own warehouse.
3. Goods Shipped The provider prepares the goods within the agreed time, ships them, and notifies the buyer via email. In the mentioned email, the provider also informs the buyer about the return policy, where to turn in case of delivery delays, and where to turn in case of complaints.

Right to Withdraw from Purchase, Return of Goods
The consumer has the right to notify the company in writing of the withdrawal from the contract within 14 days, at the contact email address: darja@samson-kamnik.si. The consumer must then return the goods to the company within thirty days after the written notification of withdrawal from the purchase, bearing the direct costs of return. The products must be unused and undamaged. A copy of the order must be included. The costs of returning the goods are borne by the buyer. The provider will refund the entire purchase price (purchase price with delivery costs) as soon as possible, but no later than thirty days after receiving the notification of the consumer's withdrawal from the purchase.

Warranty
The warranty conditions for products in the online store are in accordance with Slovenian legislation.


Delivery

The provider must deliver the goods within the promised time. Delivery for the revivo.si online store is carried out by Pošta Slovenije, GLS, and City Express. We reserve the right to change the selected delivery provider.

Security
The provider uses appropriate technological and organizational measures to protect the transmission and storage of personal data, orders, and payments.

Right to Privacy
The provider is committed to the permanent protection of all personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia No. 86/2004) and the Insurance Act. All data obtained through the website www.naravno.info will be used exclusively for sending informational materials, offers, invoices, and other necessary communications.

Communication
Advertising emails must be clearly and unambiguously marked as advertising messages. The sender must be clearly identifiable. The provider will unconditionally respect the user's wish not to receive advertising messages.

Disclaimer
The provider strives to ensure the timeliness and accuracy of the data published on its pages to the best of its ability. However, the characteristics of products, their availability, and prices may change so quickly that the provider is unable to correct the data on the website. In such a case, the provider will inform the buyer of the changes and allow them to cancel the order or exchange the ordered product. All product photographs are symbolic and do not guarantee the characteristics of the product. We are not responsible for typographical errors.

Complaints and Disputes

The provider must confirm within five working days that it has received the complaint, inform the user how long it will take to address it, and keep them informed about the progress of the process. The provider strives to resolve any disputes amicably to the best of its ability.
