GENERAL PROPERTIES

Product Description

A mixture of waxes designed to protect and enhance indoor wooden surfaces, giving them a smooth and shiny appearance. Treated wood is antistatic, water-repellent, and breathable.

Areas of Use: It can be used for waxing untreated wood and for restoring faded and scratched wooden surfaces that are not exposed to weather conditions and have already been treated with oil, wax, or stain. Antique wax is also ideal for coating toys.

Ingredients: beeswax, carnauba wax, essential citrus oils

Color: Transparent

Storage Instructions: Store tightly closed and out of reach of children, in a cool and dry place. Must not freeze.

Usability: Almost unlimited; Color change over time does not affect the quality of the product. Dried wax can be restored by heating in a water bath and carefully adding thinner. (Warning: Do not use direct flame!)

Consumption: approx. 20-40 ml / m2

Drying Time: It can be polished after approx. 10-20 minutes at room temperature. Final hardness after 24 hours.

APPLICATION

Suitable Surfaces: Wooden surfaces, cork, unglazed clay surfaces, and smooth uncolored leather.

Surface Preparation: The surface must be dry and free of dust and grease.

Preparation: Clean the surface of resinous and tropical wood with Oranol. Very porous and already painted surfaces should be pre-treated with one layer of diluted Linseed oil.

Final Coating: Apply a thin, even layer of Antique wax over the surface.

Further Care: To achieve a shiny effect, polish the surface with gentle rubbing using a lint-free cloth or polishing brush.

Wood Restoration: Clean damaged or old surfaces with BIOLAVO and apply a thin layer of Antique wax with a lint-free cloth. To achieve a shiny effect, polish the surface.

Method of Use: Do not use aggressive cleaning agents. Do not leave liquids to dry on the waxed surface – remove the liquid immediately.

Leather Care: Antique wax is used for treating leather shoes and other smooth leather surfaces. Apply a thin layer of wax to the surface, allow it to dry for a short time, and then polish the leather. Antique wax may darken the color, but the leather will regain its natural color once the wax dries.

Tool Cleaning: Clean tools with Oranol.

Safety Warning: Keep tightly closed and out of reach of children. This product contains essential citrus oils. Ingestion of the product is dangerous. In rare cases, direct contact with the oil may cause skin irritation and allergic reaction. The area where you work must be well-ventilated. Inhaling concentrated vapors may cause dizziness, nausea, or headache.

Waste Disposal: Completely dried product residues can be disposed of with household waste. Empty cans can be recycled.
